1. General

These terms apply to the use of the website www.edgeofnature.no (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned and operated by
Edge of Nature AS, org. no. 935 909 805.

By using the Website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the Website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.

3. Use of the Website

The Website and its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

use the Website in a way that may harm Edge of Nature AS or third parties.

4. Products and Information

We strive to provide accurate information about products, ingredients, prices, and availability. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update product information without prior notice.

All products sold on the Website are dietary supplements and not medical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement between you and Edge of Nature AS becomes binding once the order confirmation has been sent.

We accept payment through approved and secure payment solutions. Payment is charged when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are additional and clearly displayed before payment.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

7. Delivery

Delivery time is normally 1–5 business days from order confirmation.
Delays may occur during high demand, delivery issues, or force majeure events.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product, in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the deadline and return the product unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not collected within the deadline and are returned to us are not considered a valid use of the right of withdrawal. For unclaimed packages, the customer will be charged a fee of NOK 99 to cover shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

If you wish to have the product shipped again, a new shipping fee will apply.

9. Complaints

If you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible. We comply with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, and you may request repair, replacement, or a refund.

10. Privacy and Cookies

We take privacy seriously.
Edge of Nature AS processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

Personal data is used solely to process orders, improve user experience, and provide relevant email communication (if you have consented).

The Website uses cookies to improve functionality and user experience. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions — belongs to Edge of Nature AS or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use is not permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

Edge of Nature AS is not responsible for:

indirect losses or consequential damages,
use of products contrary to recommendations,
temporary unavailability of the Website.

All use of our products is at your own responsibility.
Consult a physician before using dietary supplements if you are ill, pregnant, breastfeeding, or using medication.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
The latest update date will always appear at the bottom of this page.

14. Disputes

Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved through dialogue with customer service.

If no agreement is reached, the case may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council or the Consumer Disputes Commission.

Disputes are governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.

15. B2B – Reseller Terms

This section applies to registered resellers, distributors, and partners purchasing products from Edge of Nature AS (org. no. 935 909 805) for resale.

15.1 Approval and Account

A registered and approved B2B account is required to purchase as a reseller. Edge of Nature AS reserves the right to reject or terminate reseller relationships if terms are not followed.

15.2 Resale and Pricing

Products purchased under B2B agreements may only be sold through authorized sales channels (e.g., own webshop, physical store, or gym).

Resellers agree not to sell products below the recommended retail price without written consent from Edge of Nature AS.

Campaigns or discounts affecting market price or brand value must be pre-approved.

Resellers may not repackage, modify, or remove brand elements (logo, design, label, trademark) without written permission.

15.3 Trademark and Marketing

Resellers may use product images, logos, and marketing materials only as approved by Edge of Nature AS.

The brand may not be used in ways that damage reputation, create confusion, or misrepresent the products.

All paid advertising (ads, sponsored posts, email marketing) using the Edge of Nature name must comply with applicable brand and health claim regulations.

15.4 Responsibility and Risk

Risk transfers to the reseller upon delivery (Incoterms DAP / FCA as agreed).

Edge of Nature AS is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or marketing after delivery.

15.5 Termination and Breach

In the event of material breach of these terms (e.g., underpricing, misinformation, or violation of marketing rules), Edge of Nature AS may immediately terminate the reseller relationship.

Any outstanding payments will become immediately due.

Edge of Nature AS reserves the right to refuse future deliveries and pursue legal action in case of contract breach or trademark misuse.
